We will only give 100% pesticide-free & certified agricultural products from farmers under production contract with the clean farmland, Goheung.
All products are manually screened 3 times, ultrasonically cleaned 2 times, and undergo one last final screening to provide best quality with the heart of a family.
In order to give the health of nature as it is, it is aged at a low
temperature "slowly and properly" with low-salt pickle sauce and natural sunlight. It makes a deep and soft taste after 100 days.
